New CEO for British Safety Industry Federation

David Lummis has been announced as the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the British Safety Industry Federation (BSIF). With over 30 years of experience within the safety industry he has worked for companies including AO Safety and Wenaas UK as well as being one of the founders of Eurosafe.
The new CEO role has been created as part of the planned forward development of the BSIF, to generate and deliver a five year programme that will strengthen the infrastructure of the organisation and implement a clearly defined set of forward objectives. With a proven track record for successfully running and growing businesses within the safety industry and an already familiar face with the BSIF, David’s experience and detailed understanding of the current strengths and weaknesses will help him to further develop the BSIF and establish a stronger position within the safety industry along with the wider business community.
